VISION 2018 STOP MOTION ANIMATION
Cygnific is one of the largest Sales & Service Centres of Air France KLM, taking care of their customer contacts. They serve 19 European countries as well as the Dutch Antilles and Surinam in 11 languages; if passengers or travel agents contact KLM, Air France or Delta Air Lines they assist them.
In 2010 Cygnific started a journey to optimise and transform their business using the Lean Six Sigma principles. At the end of a very successful 4 year programme they wanted to make sure everyone in the organisation understood the goals for the next four years; Vision 2018. We were asked to come up with a concept that would explain the vision journey to all employees and produce a video that they could use for at least 3-4 years.
The result is a playful mix of stop motion and animation. The video was initially used during Vision 2018 training sessions. It is now shown to new employees and during tours with external visitors who are interested in Cygnifics remarkable journey. Stills from the video are used online and in the Cygnific magazine to create one recognisable visual language for all Vision 2018 related communications.
